At Cinnamaniac, we’re passionate about turning ordinary moments into extraordinary memories. Our journey began with a cherished family secret—the treasured cinnamon roll recipe passed down through the years. Inspired by our great grandmother Kitty, we’ve perfected the art of creating cinnamon rolls that dance on your taste buds.

Eric Giddens, affectionately known as Chef Eric, is the pioneering founder of Cinnamaniac, a company that’s carving out a niche in the Texas culinary scene. His journey began in Kansas City, where he was born, and it was in the St. Louis area where he grew up that his passion for baking took root, influenced by the rich culinary traditions of the Midwest.

In 2014, Chef Eric made the pivotal move to Texas, seeking new horizons and opportunities. It was in the Lone Star State that his entrepreneurial spirit truly flourished. Two years later, in 2016, he furthered his culinary education at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, specializing in pastry arts. This education was instrumental in refining his skills and shaping his approach to baking.

Inspired by his great-grandmother Kitty’s legacy in baking and her treasured family recipes, Chef Eric founded Cinnamaniac. His cinnamon rolls are a harmonious blend of classic techniques and innovative flavors, quickly becoming a beloved treat among Texans.

Today, Cinnamaniac is on the rise, with Chef Eric at the helm, infusing every role with the same passion and precision that has been his trademark from the start. His story is one of inspiration, a testament to the power of following one’s passion and the sweet success that comes with it.
